SALE NOTICE UNDER SARFAESI ACT-2002 (here in after referred to as Act) READ WITH SECURITY INTEREST (ENFORCEMENT) RULES-2002.

Pursuant to the notice issued U/S 13(2) of the above Act, the possession of the below mentioned property were taken on behalf of The Mattancherry Sarvajanik Co-operative Bank Ltd., No.3284, Head Office, Kochi-2, by the Authorized Officer of the Bank.

Whereas the bank has decided to sell the property described here in below on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS ‘Under Rule 8 & 9 of the said Rules, the undersigned here by invite from the general public the sealed tenders for purchase the property.

The earnest money Rs.289300/-which his refundable if the tender is not accepted.
